We have a strict tenancy policy providing  homes exclusively for professional working employees. We work directly with individuals and companies who desire high quality accommodation and service. As such, we have a range of single and shared properties in and around Bedford and Milton Keynes, all of which are finished and furnished to a high quality or boutique standard. 

Tenancies are available in short or term duration with many provided inclusive of bills (including internet, wifi and Sky TV). Cleaning is also offered for all communal areas in shared houses, and is optionally available on each tenants room if desired.

As all the bills are included in the rent, it removes the headache and commitment of missed payments etc. and ensures the continuity of utilities supplied to each property. This is a great money-saver for you the tenant, and leaves you with the time to focus on the things you want, whether it be furthering your career or relaxing with friends.

Due to the standard or our properties - demand is extremely high. We do actively manage a waiting list for anyone interested in case a room is not instantly available.
