RENTING OUT A PROPERTY?

We provide rent and management services on properties from our Landlords on a long term basis (2-5+ years); as such taking over the full responsibility and cost of all maintenance issues, voids, and tenanting.  We also fully refurbish and furnish the properties (when needed) and pay all bills (including weekly cleaners and gardeners). In short, we provide a high quality service with quality properties for working professionals with 6 month assured shorthold tenancies, guarantors and deposits.

Due to this we work solely with professional employees and over the years have developed proven systems to ensure your property is cared for. We run our own regular checks and deal with maintenance issues; removing the burden and risk for you as a landlord.

When we take over the management of your property, we treat your property as if it’s one of our own. As experienced investors, we know what is important to you as a Landlord, and we go out of our way to ensure our service is something you have never experienced before, ensuring you remain confident and comfortable that your property is in safe hands. We guarantee your rent every single month for the duration of the agreement, we cover all void periods; and don’t charge you a monthly fee.

• manage every aspect of your property, and keep it up to date with any gas or electrical tests needed, as well as testing the fire alarms and emergency lighting each month.
